An almost perfect pillow Product is designed to help you to sleep comfortably as well as help you control the hose to your CPAP. One side is a bit silky and fluffy, the other side more cool. Adjustable layers means you can use it in different settings and still be comfortable. Only demerit is that the current hose management option doesn't do more than keep the hose from getting too far away. It would be better if they had a tunnel along the top of the pillow to keep it anchored rather than some velcro at the end of a tether.
