I did not purchase my AirSense 11 from SleepRestfully, primarily because this is my first CPAP machine and therefore was not aware of this business. But this did not prevent Adam Burck, and Annette, his assistant, from extending me every courtesy and improving my knowledge the AirSense 11 and AirMini.
