They took it upon themselves to send a unit that they had rather then order the one I had initially picked out. I appreciate the effort. My machine had quit and I really needed to get the replacement. It all went very smoothly. My thanks to the owner who called me to tell me he had shipped the unit. 🙏

Airsense 10 side cover Love it! So nice to travel with my Airsense 10 more compact. Lugging the humidifier around and not using it seemed silly. When I found out they made a side cover for it, I had to try it. Glad I did. Love love Sleeprestfully! Every time I call them they are so knowledgeable and happy to help.
