I did not purchase my AirSense 11 from SleepRestfully, primarily because this is my first CPAP machine and therefore was not aware of this business. But this did not prevent Adam Burck, and Annette, his assistant, from extending me every courtesy and improving my knowledge the AirSense 11 and AirMini. Adam took the time to show me the optimum setup for both machines and supply a mask that should prove to be an excellent replacement for my existing mask. Thank you again SleepRestfully!

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a mask I bought and Adam made getting a proper fit without extra cost a top priority. It is rare in this day and age to have customer care at this level. I recommend Sleep Restfully and I will personally continue using them for all my CPAP needs.

Convenient I have one of these POC’s (another brand) that is about the same size and delivers the same amount of oxygen. One thing I find better with this model is that the carrying case has an adjustable space so that it fits perfectly for the small battery as well as for the larger one. This case is also arranged in such a way so that the entire machine does not have to be removed in order to change the battery. The final feature on the case that great is that there is a transparent plastic protecting cover over the top of the machine where the controls are. This machine is definitely not as loud as my other one, and that makes a big difference to me when I am in a quiet space with other people.
